Parkrimp 77 hydraulic fittings for high-pressure applications
Parkrimp 77 is Parker Hannifin's one-piece fitting series for high-pressure applications. The series is developed for use with Parkrimp crimpers and GlobalCore hoses, giving you a consistent, leak-free assembly with minimal pressure and heat loss. All GlobalCore products meet or even exceed the international standard ISO 18752.
The one-piece design provides better flow and fewer sources of error, and the no-skive technology removes the need to skive the hose – it is faster, safer and more stable in operation.
Series 77 hose fittings are one of our popular fitting series, and therefore part of the Hymatik Selected product range.
Benefits in operation and assembly
- Easy and fast assembly: the Parkrimp system ensures correct crimping every time
- Safety and uptime: leak-free design minimises unplanned downtime
- Efficiency: optimised flow reduces pressure and heat loss
- Flexibility: broad range in steel and stainless steel as well as several connection types
- GlobalCore compatible: consistent pressure ratings and specifications across hoses and fittings – meaning that e.g. hose 797TC-XX has the same pressure from 1/4" to 2", namely 420 bar in all dimensions.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
What does no-skive mean? No-skive means that you do not remove the outer rubber cover before crimping. This makes assembly faster and safer – and reduces errors.
Can I use Parkrimp 77 with hoses other than GlobalCore? The 77 series is developed for Parker's hoses, especially GlobalCore. For optimal performance and safety, we recommend the stated compatible hoses (387, 487TC, 787, 797) and the Parkrimp crimper.
Which material should I choose? Choose steel for standard applications. Choose stainless steel in corrosive environments, offshore/marine or where hygiene requirements are high.
