One-piece hose fittings for every application
One-piece hose fittings from Parker are designed for fast, safe and leak-free assembly – whether your application runs at low, medium or high pressure. At Hymatik you will find a wide range in steel and stainless steel, with chrome-6-free surface treatment, in sizes from 1/4” to 2”.
What are one-piece fittings – and why choose them?
- One single component: nipple and ferrule in one piece minimise the risk of incorrect assembly (hence the name one-piece)
- No-Skive technology: the hose does not need to be skived – faster, cleaner and more consistent assembly.
- High safety and durability: design optimised for tough operating conditions and a long service life.
Which series should I choose?
Choose the series according to pressure, hose, material and size. A brief overview:
Parkrimp 46 – medium pressure
- Typical working pressures: medium-pressure hydraulics
- Technology: No-Skive
- Material: steel and stainless steel
- Sizes: 1/4” – 1 1/4”
- Standards: SAE J1273 and ISO 17165-2
- Compatible hoses (examples): 462TC and more
- Benefits: very broad compatibility, easy assembly, high operational reliability

Parkrimp 77 – high pressure
- For high-pressure applications and higher flow
- Technology: No-Skive
- Sizes: 1/4” – 2”
- Compatible hoses (examples): 387, 87TC, 787, 797
- Benefits: reduces pressure and heat loss, leak-free performance

Materials and surfaces
- Steel: strong and cost-effective for most industrial environments
- Stainless steel: corrosive environments, food and process applications
- Surfaces: Chrome-6-free surface treatment for better environmental and corrosion performance
Compatibility and standards
- Compatible with Parker hydraulic hoses designed for the relevant series/pressure class
- Meets relevant standards such as SAE J1273 and ISO 17165-2
- Tip: Always match hose and fitting series to ensure correct crimping and operation
Applications
- Industrial hydraulics, mobile machinery, production equipment
- Agriculture, construction, marine, energy and process industry
- Wherever fast assembly, high operational reliability and safe flow are essential
How to find the right fitting in the webshop
- Choose product series (e.g. 46, 77, 48, 56, NX)
- Choose end type (straight, elbow, 45°, tee, etc.)
- Choose thread type (BSP, BSPT, NPT, JIC, ORFS, metric and more)
- Choose size (inch/metric) and hose dimension
- Filter by material (steel/stainless), pressure class and other requirements
- Cross-check with your hose series for a 100% match
Frequently asked questions (FQA)
What is the difference between one-piece and two-piece fittings? One-piece consists of a single assembled piece and reduces the risk of incorrect assembly. Two-piece requires a separate ferrule. One-piece is faster and more consistent to assemble.
Do I need to skive the hose with 46 and 77? No. Both are No-Skive series – the hose does not need to be skived before crimping.
Which series suits high pressure? Parkrimp 77 is typically the choice for high-pressure applications. Always check the hose series and pressure requirements.
Which thread types are available? BSP, BSPT, NPT, JIC, ORFS, metric and more. Filter by thread type in the webshop. Read more about thread types here.
Are fittings available in stainless steel? Yes. Selected series are available in stainless steel for corrosive environments.
